Groups must agree with our Guidelines. Reservations cannot be made more than nine months in advance.

There is a required two night minimum stay during peak season.
If you cancel your reservation for any building during peak season, you will be charged the minimum/building for those days.
Pricing for multi-night events varies by the number of people per night.
Minimum rate/night/building. If your group numbers are below the minimum, flat rate applies per building per night:

| Dining Hall | $160 (4 persons @$40) - Max Occupancy 10 |
| Strandt Lodge | $320 (8 persons @$40) - Max Occupancy 32 |
If your group numbers are above the minimum, rates apply by single/couple/family per night:

$80/night/couple
$90/night/family (Parent(s) and children under 18 constitute a family. Children under 6 are free.)
- Single Day Rate: $5/person or a minimum $200.
- The non-refundable deposit is $200.00 and will be applied to the final bill.
