Mind

At Concordia, we care about your wellness as a whole person, including mind, body, and spirit. Therefore, we’ve included a variety of resources to help you be your best. To focus on your mind, try activities like mindfulness, meditation, or other relaxation techniques to deal with stress both inside and outside the classroom.
