How to get your ID card

Getting your Falcon OneCard is easy! Select an option below to get started.

Students taking in-person classes on the Mequon campus

For students who are taking classes in-person at the Mequon campus, please fill out our online form and submit your ID photo online.

There is no charge for your first ID card. After you (1) submit your request online and (2) submit your ID photo online, please visit Campus Safety to obtain your Falcon OneCard. Your card will be available at Campus Safety the Wednesday following your photo approval. New traditional undergraduate student's cards will be available at Orientation Weekend.

You will need to present one of the following forms of ID or combinations of ID at the time you pick up your Falcon OneCard:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Passport
  • State-issued photo ID
  • Military ID
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • High school photo ID with a Social Security Card

All students who fill out the online request form are required to use the online photo submission tool. Your photo must be submitted and accepted based on the . Please be mindful of any deadlines that may be provided to you during orientation. Login to your Falcon OneCard account to submit your photo online.

Alternatively, students can visit the OneCard Office in-person to request their first ID.

Students taking only virtual/online classes

For students who are only registered for virtual/online classes and who will not be attending classes in-person on the Mequon Campus, we have a virtual ID card available. We no longer mail Falcon OneCards. Please see the 'OneCard App' section for instructions on how to access your virtual ID card.

OneCard Office

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

The OneCard office is located in the Library (R202). The Library is located on the second floor of Rincker Hall. From the Campus Main Entrance (Visitor Center), proceed down the hallway and through the glass doors. Go up the staircase one floor. The entrance to the library is at the top of the stairs.

Campus Safety Office

Campus Safety officers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Campus Safety is located in lower Rincker (R023) near The Landing. Park in parking lot L. Proceed to the entrance that has a Campus Safety sign. Campus Safety is located directly to the left.
